Privacy and measurement choices
You can accept or reject optional measurement of use of the public pages of pachon.com.br. Your choice does not prevent access to SEMAP information and contact channels. Use Privacy preferences, in the footer, to change your decision.
What we measure
When you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, the general sources of traffic and clicks on contact channels. Sources are reduced to broad categories such as search, social media or direct access. Pages are grouped into categories such as team, content, services and information, without sending their title or specific clinical address.
We do not send the contents of messages, searches or forms, or patient names. A click on a contact channel indicates an attempt to open that channel; it does not confirm that a message was sent, a call was answered or an appointment was scheduled.
The tool also generates automatic session-start and engagement events and uses its own browser and session identifiers. We do not use this measurement to identify patients, reconstruct medical records or create advertising audiences based on health conditions. The Patient Area, on another domain, is not included in this measurement.
Choice, cookies and time limits
Your choice and its date remain in this browser for up to 180 days. Without acceptance, the measurement tag is not loaded.
After acceptance, measurement cookies last 60 days, without automatic renewal on each visit. Configured retention for event and user data in Analytics is 2 months. This period is not a promise to delete all aggregate reports.
On rejection or withdrawal, measurement is disabled. After withdrawal, we remove this measurement’s own cookies and reload the page to end the tool’s context. This does not automatically delete information that may already have been received.
